The painting: Is it really Jennie? Does only Eben know this Jennie?

I got into this today right at the end of class.  But I thought I might elaborate a bit more. In the clip Dr. Campbell showed us of when Jennie first looks at the painting she says “Is it really me?” Just this is very curious, who doesn’t recognize themselves in a portrait.  It makes me think that Eben did a combination of her at all the different ages that he had seen  over the months and years.  I think it interesting that Eben didn’t think it odd that Jennie didn’gt know that it was her in the painting.
