What is the connotation of the word \u00e2\u20ac\u0153problem\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in this context? Why is it phrased as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153taking in\u00e2\u20ac\u009d rather than \u00e2\u20ac\u0153approaching\u00e2\u20ac\u009d? Is it even possible to approach these question in a way that produces answers?
